    Default Andelusians

After browsing everyone's pictures, I'm nervous, definitely feeling newbie jitters! I hope I'm posting these right!

I grew up riding, but for the last 15 years or so, it hasn't been a feasable part of life. I was so excited when I was invited to photograph these horses, plus these were Andelusians, the Pura Raza Espanola, the Horse of Kings... Think Shadowfax from The Lord of the Rings movies, the "unicorns" in Legend, you get the picture.

I was not expecting these specific horses to be highly trained, nor was I expecting them to enjoy "performing" and be playful... my expectations were delightfully shattered. I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them.

You have posted these exactly right ... relax

I like that 3rd shot of the horse raring up. Good timing.

Awesome set! It's hard to pick one as a favourite. I think there's a little deer that's going to be a big fan of this wonderful set. Welcome to the forum!

Nice set! ...I really like the film strip sequence!
I remember those first posting jitters so well , LOL

I grew up with horses too and I never would have imagined back then , that the day would ever come when I would be without a horse .

Thank you all for another warm welcome and your very kind words.

Because there's more than 5 frames, I can't post them all, but here are the filmstrip photos...

This is the little deer checking in!!

these are lovely Tag. you captured these lovely animals perfectly.

I have a friend who breeds them. As a breed they are highly intelligent and form strong bonds with their rider
