    Default Today's Funeral

Just the other day I documented our Vietnam Veterans Day event here on the Olympic Peninsula (Washington State), I heard of a funeral that was being held today of a Vietnam Vet. It has been pouring rain all day today, I had to stop by and offer my respects. I think I got lucky with this image, but I was there and I was ready, it happened in a 1/200 of a sec. I'm using the lst version of the NIK Silver Software and used a number of filters for the results. I also dodge a couple of areas, tweaked the contrast to my liking and added the warm tone.

    Best regards, Ernst

Very nice work, Ernst. Very moody, appropriately so, and the shapes of the umbrellas, with just that little glow of reflected rain on the top are very visually appealing.
