Macs and Video - Screen recording

Hi everyone!

Wifey just got a new macbook pro...so far - LOVE it!

a couple of questions please:

- I'd like to start recording short video podcasts using the built in camera - what program should I use.

- Let's say i also wanted to record and discuss an image that i have on the screen (kelby style) while I used photoshop. again what program should I use?

There MIGHT be a screen capture program built in. My husband says there is one on his macbook, but he's not here right now to ask.
