    Default Spring Walk

I went hiking yesterday trying to photograph birds. I wasn't successful with that, however did see this couple walking down the path ahead of me. I snapped a couple of shots.

    Thoughts?

Greg, I like the first one. I like the POV and that catching them in the middle of taking a step is more obvious that the second one. The b/w works really well in this also. Great capture.

Thanks Lorey. I may also try sepia...everything is still brown and dreary here so I knew I wanted the final image to be monochrome.

I like them both for different reasons. I like the low point of view of the first one but I like to see the road going on in front of them in the second. Both are great shots. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Iguanasan. Here they are in sepia...I think I prefer these to the B&W.

The sepia seems to give them a bit more contrast, especially the second one.

I pretty much agree with Iggy's comment here. I really like the exposure and lighting in that first shot as well so I'm tipping that one as my fav here.
In terms of critique, I have almost nothing, they are both very good I think. I would, perhaps, have had a touch more foreground at the bottom of the first shot.
