    I think it's a good attempt. It looks to me as though your camera may not have been completely level, and I think the use of a CPOL would have helped the exposure issues; dappled light is always difficult to worth, but overall it's nicely done.

    Overall this is VERY well done. As T.I. suggests, dappled light is gorgeous but wreaks havoc exposure wise. You'll need to do some drastic burning/cloning here (in the brightest areas especially at the extreme left and right sides), but it will be worth it in the end because the light is awesome.

    Sorry, CPOL = Circular Polarizing Filter; used to enhance contrast, increase saturation, and provide the dark blue skies and bright white puffy clouds you see in many pictures.
