    OK, huge electric storm tonight.

    How do you shoot lightning?

    I used bulb mode, f/32, 45 secs

    I did a lot of pp because the image was so blurry. The grain was added by me.

    it was exposed about the correct amount of time

    MA has done some good lightning shots. I have only tried it once. If there are clouds, it is hard to get the exposure so you have the shutter open long enough to have a chance at catching some lightning, but not so long the light in the clouds cover up the lightning. I have seen shots by others when there are no clouds that look like the shutter has been open for long enough to catch multiple strikes. Either that or they have combined multiple shots in post.
