    Default Big Apple Park

A park in the East Village in the Big Apple. Taken at the wee hours of the evening. Have never been too sure about this shot. All three versions are here, Let me know if you like one or any at all. I have a questionable opinion on them, would like to hear yours.

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

The first one looks like it was taken with my eyes as they are right now at 4.45am this morning. Although I'm not, it looks like a drunk woke up, rolled over and a camera in his head took the photo before he got the sleep out of his eyes

I think the B/W version has the most potential but needs the blacks to be more black. More contrast needed I think.

If that bin was movable ... I'd have moved it out of shot.

This one is a little better, in my opinion. What do you think?

Humongous difference between the B/w and colour - TOTALLY different mood. My fave is shot 1 - very dreamy!
I agree on the trash bin tho, I would definitely have moved that sucka.

even tho MA thinks a drunk was involved, i really like the very first image - i love the colors, the mood, the softness of what may be a story of the drunk's home, which is a nice juxtaposition. since it is the big apple, the can tells part of the story. a very artsy picture to me... just myworth.
