    This is a beautiful landscape!
Love the colours and the light clouds in the sky.
    Great capture.

Such a beautiful place that Banff!

As is I think the shot is nice. I like the road that winds us along the bank toward the mountains.

I do think I'd crop this to remove the jetty and that first scraggly pine tree. I'd let the 2nd tree kind of frame that left edge.

Lovely clarity and sharpness in this.

Looks like you may have used a polariser judging by the clarity of the water near the closest bank. That does of course rob you of reflections, which in this case is much about what this shot is about. Therefore I think I'd have had the polariser spun to deal with the sky.

The far bank looks to be sloping to the right of frame I think. If I'm right, and that were real the lake would be empty in a few hours I'd level that far water horizon up.

I must say that when I commented ... I was commenting on the original ... I hadn't scrolled down and seen that you've already made some changes for the better in that 2nd shot. Sorry.

I do think losing that piece of road in the lower foreground is a shame though. I'd crop to keep that in and lose a bit of sky myself.

Thank you. Losing the road in the lower foreground is not my purpose, but the bench at the lower left corner. It is a shame. To keep the road, the ratio of the photo has to be changed.
