Hi Kyle, and welcome to the forum.
What a start - I really like this. The sky and reflections really work for me. My only slight niggle would be the platform/jetty lower left corner. Not much of a crtique I am afraid, but cant see much I would change. Nice work
I am looking forward to seeing more of your shots.
Quite a nice start Kyle - Welcome to the forum!
I find the left side doesn't contribute much to this image while the right side and reflections are lovely. I might try to crop out some of that left side (1-2 inches maybe) to see if it would help.

Thank you, Marko. You might be right. I will see the difference between the cropped copy and the current one.
Welcome! Really beautiful shot, I am in complete agreement with Runmonty and Marko--a bit of a crop and you are good to go!

Thank you, Jason~
Thank you for your nice comment. Yes, the lower left corner does not look very nice in this image. I would try to crop to see the difference.
Such a beautiful place that Banff!
As is I think the shot is nice. I like the road that winds us along the bank toward the mountains.
I do think I'd crop this to remove the jetty and that first scraggly pine tree. I'd let the 2nd tree kind of frame that left edge.
Lovely clarity and sharpness in this.
Looks like you may have used a polariser judging by the clarity of the water near the closest bank. That does of course rob you of reflections, which in this case is much about what this shot is about. Therefore I think I'd have had the polariser spun to deal with the sky.
The far bank looks to be sloping to the right of frame I think. If I'm right, and that were real the lake would be empty in a few hoursI'd level that far water horizon up.
Thank you so much for your great suggestions! I am gonna try them out.
