I didn't use bulb, I actually used around 20" or 25". I was just diving home one night and spotted the storm going crazy and found a nice little lookout nearby and went for it! Got 2 good shots that i'm impressed with, the others were pretty normal, but this one in particular stood out to me, looks very dramatic in my opinion.

    Thanks for all your comments

I actually think I like the golden shot you took just as much ... maybe even more. Maybe show us that one too

Very nice. I like the clouds in the other image better. They are much more dramatic, but I like the composition of this.

Did you try and retouch this image. Looks like there are some marks just right of center?

Photography is more than just taking a picture and freezing the action, or leaving the shutter open. It is more than orchestrating the image with the stroke of a brush. Its the realization and explanation that reality is an isolated experience in which only a specific individual can comprehend during any given time period. - Your Truly!

I didn't actually, I'm not sure what those marks are...could never figure out why they were there. I have not touched them though the picture just came out like that.

Something to do with rain and light refraction I'd guess.

It looks like differences in the rainfall. I wish I had a different monitor to view this. I bet it looks good on a quality monitor. It would probably look good as a high gloss print. High detail would make this much more appealing. Nice job again.
