okay, here is a picture I took of the Devil's Glen in Wicklow Co., Ireland. The second is my edits. Unforunately it was a grey day so the sky is not blue. Any advice to help improve this shot?

I can't say for sure since my work monitor isn't calibrated, but the saturation looks a little too strong in the edit. I would suggest a bit of a levels tweak to try and remove some of the haze, and then an overall curves adjustment to bring the whole exposure into line. The use of graduated NDs may have helped improve the sky, but because of the over-hanging branches would have required a different shooting position.
