    The colours here are very nice, but the bright orange competes with the main subject and I'd tone it down. I would also have liked to have seen the bee and center of the flower as the sharpest elements in the shot.

    I like the image and agree with the above. Is the artifacting I'm seeing a result of Flickr's compression algorythm or excessive sharpening?

    Not any post processing here except for the resizing. I'll take a look at toning down the competing elements.
