Thanks everyone. I just cut off a little of the bottom. I lose a little bit of the clouds but I don't think that hurts it.

The "buildings" were actually the top of the oil rig that is currently parked in the harbour. I never even saw those when I was cropping. I need to pay closer attention to the details some times
