    Default Blocks!

Hello and thanks for the look!

    Detroit skyline! "Blocks"

PP has just a little color and contrast tweak.

I'm going through my art with the hopes of kicking it off soon! I just want to make sure it's perfect! So your critiques are very much appreciated!

My photography is all about the art in the detail of things, and more of an abstract painting then anything. The post processing is again all about the detail, tweaking the colors, contrast and anything else, pulling what I can out of the image!

    Thanks,

Nicely done. I like the composition of this, and technically see no issues.

I agree ... good composition. You've captured the texture of the render as well.

I think the blue is overdone though. I can see a bluish cast on the ledges that I don't think should be there.

I do see a little lean in the upright sections that could be corrected also. To me it looks like it all could go a little to the left. If the lean had created a perspective I wouldn't mentioned it but in case I think it might be worth fixing if possible.

I too see what Mad Aussie sees. Not to sure if those ledges have something on them but I do see that blue.

First thing I noticed though was that tilt. I personally like straight things.

The repeating pattern is great, love the hue of the blue.

Thanks so much! I'm going to try editing out the blue around the windows. Never gave the tilt a thought but worth the comparison!

    THanks

Ok I gave the blue a more suddle tone and squared up the right side of the frame! I like the change!

Here is the original for comparison!

I also tried skewing the image to square up all the vertical. However my eyes tell me something is not right?

So I think I'm going to do more comparisons with my work, it's worth the effort! Thanks again!

I agree ... that 3rd one is definitely wrong to the eye. The change in blue on the ledges seems to be an improvement though
