My mistake has been seeking new landscapes. I should have been seeking new light.
The treatment here makes it look like an illustration rather then a straight photo- not that that's a bad thing. There's a definite mood here and I like the car behind. It makes me wonder if it's the young man's car or is he in danger of being run over?
I don't like the level of noise in the bottom, it's a bit too much contrast for me and I'm not sure about the two lights right above his head. I like the detail in his face and jacket and the lighting seems good here.
Feel free to make comments on any of my shots

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
I quite like the processing. It's got to be tough to light the subject and keep the headlights behind him under control. Kudos on that. The two little lights above his head are a bit of minor distraction but lights in the background are to be expected in a night scene so not really an issue I think.
I will tone it down a bit and remove those two little lights. Thanks for taking time to comment Definitely appreciate the feedback !!
