    Default Im new here.

Any who. Ive been posting on other site for a couple months now and found a lot of them are not very helpful, especially negative and the majority of comments or tips are not understandable or written for the layman.

I have been shooting for while now around the Metro Vancouver area. I originally started following a fellow photographer who taught me a fair bit on my first dslr camera a Nikon F100.

I upgraded within a year to the Nikon D80 which was excellent until I needed some money and had to sell. I got my money out of it and ever after wish I didn't have to sell it.

Then in April of this year i saved enough money to get myself a new dslr again, so I bought myself a Nikon D5000 with both kit lenses and a prime lens.

That were I stand today. I bought my own domain to feature my ongoing work and will post some photos as I go.

Same here ... that is exactly how I started out. Now i have sold my kit lenses and bought a Nikon 70-200 F2.8, and a Sigma 150mm macro lens. Still have the 35mm prime. So far so good .Saving up for the Sigma 50-500, 10-20, and a 18-50 or 17-70. We shall see ....

Welcome to the forum, you will find us a mellow bunch, with a sprinkle of sarcasm here and there, all good. If you want honest critique, post in the critique part of this forum, otherwise just post ...
