    Thumbs up I love it!

Hi everyone, I just stepped into the photography world a few months ago and have learned a lot since I started shooting with friends.

I have a D90 and currently using 24-70mm and the 16-35mm. Probably not what most of you would do but I am hoping to upgrade to the D700 sometime soon! Spent too much on these lenses alone and thought I should "Chill" for a bit before I go all out.

But yup, I've been loving it since. Did a few photoshoots for friends and non-friends for portfolio use. Three of us decided to do this as a hobby and possibly do wedding photography when we're ready. We also built a home studio in my basement and have done a lot of work to it. It's going great so far.

What can I say? This thing is addictive! I can't wait to take this beast (hah) around the world.

I am still in the learning stage so I hope you're all good teachers?

Welcome, asiandan. Post a picture or two in the critique thread for some feedback or in the show your photo section just to share. I'm sure you'll find lots of useful information in the forums and the podcasts / blog.
