Smile Hi! Excited to be here!

My favorite evenings are when I can throw on my iPod and go for a walk by the river bank with my camera...
I have had my camera for less than two weeks, but for a lifetime have been thinking to myself, "hey, that would make a beautiful picture". I felt that I have let so many go by, so I decided that I am finally out of school, have a great job, make good money and don't have a child or really any other money priorities (rent and bills aside) so while I can, I will invest in a tool that will preserve memories, beauty and the rawness of this journey we call life.
I am looking forward to input, suggestions, critique... everything. Please help me use my resources to their fullest and help me develop into a great photographer. I think I have the right ingredients tho.. just need LOTS more experience! Looking forward to it!! Thanks!
