    Default Hello From Gloucester, England

hello pips, been making my way through the Podcasts and enjoying them greatly but kept hearing about these forums so thought I'd better come and see what's going on

So Hi from me, I'm PK, From Gloucester in Good ol' England, I'm from the Farmer part of the country. I'm not a farmer, but I do sound like one (Like a pirate if you don't know what an English farmer sounds like heh)

Been taking photos since I was about 8 (I'm now 32) one day I'll be good at it hopefully lol. I've had many different cameras over the years, starting with an old 110 film camera which I can't remember the name of, then a polaroid at the age of 11 (that must have cost my parents a fortune in film lol) I eventually was given my first SLR at the age of 13 as a gift from my grandfather, a Great little Practika, loved that thing

have since tried Canons and various compacts and ended up with Nikon D50, which I love a lot (although I would trade it in a blink with the new Nikon D90, just don't tell it.. lol)

Looking forward to reading through some of the forums, and hopefully contributing.. I may have learnt something over the years, ya never know

I also make my own Cider, just to add to that Gloucester Farmer Tag lol.

    PK
