Although I registered here 4 years ago, I was never active. So I will try to do better this time around. I am a very active photographer, passionate and always interested in improving. I am also happy to share the skills I have learned. I shoot with a D800, an IR converted D90 and a Fuji XT-1. I am half-way through a 356 project, posting daily on Facebook.

I shot infra-red film for a good 10-15 years and I miss it.
I've been thinking about converting a digital camera for a long while....

Took my D90 in to Marc Carriere, he did a great job. I chose the 665nm filter, and am quite pleased with the results. I shoot with an old 24mm lens (manual), and don't change lenses. I had tried a couple of other lenses but the dreaded white spot in the centre showed up.
