Default Greetings from the soggy Northwest!

hi! just found this site, and thought i'd sign up and see what it's all about!

i am an avid outdoor photographer living much too close to Seattle, WA. i love to get out into the woods or the mountains, or out to the coast, with my cameras and capture the variety and beauty the natural world has to offer.

i've been involved in photography on and off since the mid-1980's, and now shoot exclusively Canon DSLRs. my work has been shown in galleries and other venues around the Seattle area, as well as in Vermont and Ohio, and has appeared in magazines, postcards, and a calendar published by a local botanical garden.

i'm looking forward to sharing my work with everyone here, and seeing what others have to offer, exchanging ideas and information, and generally enjoying the site.

see you all around the forum!
