    Default Humans versus Nature

A film I did for my Personal Project, which is an eight months or so long project you do as part of the IB Middle Years Programme. The focus is really on the written statement, and video is sort of a bi-product.

Anyways, my goal was to create a film using photography and digital art to show how humans have impacted my local environment (my local environment being Kongsberg, Norway) and the effects of this impact (I know it's wordy and all that, but it's a grade booster).

It's all made with the programs included in Adobe Master Collection CS4. Everything is done and produced by me.

That was pretty cool. I don't really have any critique for it. I'll tell you what I liked more than anything else though. When the train tracks came up with the lines... that was really cool.

I liked it too. The music was very appropiate to the photograpjy. I liked the reveal of that huge tower near the end. I gave you 5 stars.

a very beautiful production. creatively done and very strong statement of how humans in the name of progress 'unknowingly?' destroy the environment.

I haven't checked it out yet but you're in the IB programme? I was in it too! (Just graduated last year). What subject is this for....?We didn't have to do this....Then again, the syllabus changed a lot after us.

I did this for my Personal Project, which is in the MYP, not the Diploma (which I assume you were in). Almost the same as the extended essay

Very well done. Most of us harbor strong feelings in regards to man’s impact on his natural surroundings. (please forgive my political incorrectness)

Do you find it as interesting as I, that the making of this wonderful piece would not have been possible without some degradation to that which we hold so dear?
