We've been accepted for the house, got the financing now to close the deal up!!!! I'm so happy! Gonna leave the kids home, go eat at the golf course and enjoy this evening! Maybe even win at our game of poker..

People with car alarms that are too stupid to turn them off should be tied to a chair for 48 hours with headphones on that constantly play their damn alarm so they can really enjoy the experience. Am I bitter ... nah couldn't be.

Good morning. Poor Greg_Nuspel, seems to me you've had a short night? ;-) I don't need any car alarm for that. I woke up at 4.30 o'clock and now I am waiting for my neighbour friend to go for a fine long jogging trip.
