Thanks AntZ..It didn't work so I read all the stuff I hadn't before regarding activation and I believe it's turned on now

So please keep poking at it guys so I can confirm it's working.

I've been there again in case that helps. I like the theme. FYI on my screen, the next buttons in "on the next line". My screen is 1280 x 1024.

I like that, except for all the people. Kind of futuristic, almost like something from 2001.
That would be in the past though, I guess.

Well the stat counter seems to work it just doesn't show up on this WP theme. I have to log into statcounter site to view results. Please keep clicking if you land here so I can verify that it is working over time. Thanks for your help

I don't get a next button at all. Well there's a block for it ... a line down from where it should be ... but no link within.
