    Default Baraka

I highly recommend this film to anyone interested in gorgeous imagery. If you have blue ray, buy it that way as it is the highest quality blue ray transfer from film done to date. Blue ray version has an issue at some part of the film (many forums online dedicated to this subject) but the sheer beauty of the photography coupled with a Phillip Glass soundtrack makes one weak in the knees despite this minimal flaw. Looks good on reg DVD also (and no glitch here). This film needs to be seen if possible...On a large 42" or beyond screen hooked directly to an Onkyo home theater system. Failing that, Whatever you own that does that I love this flick because I think I could freeze any frame from beginning to end, post it here and you guys would go WOW

Others I recommend for the same reasons as above

    KOYAANISQATSI

    POWAQQATSI

    NAQOYQATSI

If you already know these film great but I think them worthy of mention to those who have maybe missed them

I had a look on youtube ... I've never heard of these. The youtuibe vids don't do the images any justice of course but I can how they would look awesome on a large screen!

My mistake on Philip Glass doing the soundtrack for Baraka, he did the music for the other three I mentioned, Musical direction in Baraka Was by Michael Stearns.
