    Default ColdAvenger

I wish I had one of these when I used to work up North in the winter in those minus 30 c days. I am still going to get one because I love the outdoors even in the frigid winter, anyway for all you cold junkies for the $80 american it is worth it. Designed by a physician and inspired by the US and Canadian militaries, the ColdAvenger not only protects the skin from the elements, it also protects your respiratory system with a removable ventilator. Anyway I will just post the link rather than explain how it works, but I am getting one. It to me is a must have.

Can't argue with that logic in cold zones, with the weird weather of late, one can't tell what's coming. handy item to own and the price is in line for its ability.

This seems to be a pretty good price point IMO for this type/quality of gear...especially when you compare what outdoor shops like MEC charge. Please let me know how it works AL and if it gets a I will get one for myself.
I could see myself using this often while out shooting on cold days....got the wind/waterproof pants parka boots, hat and gloves and this would complete the set!

Yea I am the same, I figure I am good up until minus 40c and be comfortable. It will be several weeks before I order it so I will let you know how I find it if I get in time to use this season. MEC is very expensive I usually shop around and MEC is usually last on my list. I also hope by the time I order one their is a Canadian supplier.
