I saw today that all of the forums got spammed. Twice. This time around, Mad Aussie went in and cleared them out. But thanks to all of you who take on the duty of cleaning this junk out, so that we don't have to stare at it. Some days, it must really be a PITA.

Yep ... some days it's quite prevalent. Sometimes we get a few days without anything. It's never ending.

Depending on the resources, the average person is bombarded by between 5000 - 15000 adverts per day! These are in the form of TV ads, radio ads, newspaper ads, junk mail, junk email, billboards, window displays etc etc. The least we can do is try to limit it here

I noticed the spam yesterday sometime in the afternoon, and then it was gone. Thanks for cleaning it up. I know it's time consuming but I certainly appreciate not having to contend with it on the forum.
