    Default Walking on thin ice!!

I have not been out much lately but came across these pics from last spring.
I was just out for a drive and noticed a disturbance down at the waterfront and lucky enough I had my camera with me!!. A rescue team was just arriving on site to go out and bring a fellow back to shore who had headed out onto the ice for whatever reason. Spring was near and the ice at the time was pretty soft. Two rescuers in wet suits went out to get this fellow. When they got close he would head further out on the ice. In the the end they managed to talk him in although as they walked in he tried jumping up and down a few times to crack the ice. All ended well. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Looks like someone was pretty unhappy. Hopefully, he felt differently once he had a chance to simmer down.
