Yea it was at Queens Park and it was a smoke up free zone, not a cop in sight.

In Toronto eh? 13 years? I would have never guessed it - Montreal sure (cuz we are so hip) but Toronto?
I would have thought an event like that would get crushed by bureaucrats.

Montreal is fun but Toronto is where the real fun happens, (like I would even know that,lol). It was cancelled then on again, cancelled and on again so it s somewhat of a fight but not because the smoking of the herbage but it is the idiots climbing the trees. So at least this year even the kids behaved an not a tree was climbed .
