    I found a neat little trick for family gatherings mostly. I mount my 10-24 and put the camera on a mono-pod and then hold it as high above the crowd as the ceiling allows firing with a remote in aperture mode. Pretty cool results, most of the time.

    Or 10 sec timer if you don't have a remote. I've done this too

    The guy with the tats is my son, and your right,he,s hammered,and he did lose.............but he got the babe..........
    I just held the camera as high as possible and shot blind(took loads of pics).
