    Default Portrait of Cesar Millan

In case anyone is not familiar with him, Cesar Millan is one of the most well known dog trainers on the planet - he has a show called The Dog Whisperer.
As for me, although my first passion in life is photography and self expression, my second passion is pets and animals and I run a site called pets.ca dedicated to that passion.

Here is the back story to the image:
Casual portrait of Cesar Millan taken when Carmy and I recorded a podcast with him to promote his Canadian tour. In 25 minutes we were able to record the podcast and take some photos for a few minutes. Given the really low light in the room, I'm pretty pleased with how this came out. Cesar is a really sweet guy and it was a fun interview. Feel free to take a listen to the interview.Interview with Cesar Millan on Pets.ca | Pets.ca

This is an awesome portrait of Cesar. At first I was going to say something about it being quite a tight crop but then I immediately recognized that with his warm, inviting smile, the tight crop makes you feel closer to him. Excellent!

I'm looking forward to checking out the interview.

I'm with Glenn, this is a really well done casual portrait, I love the connection between photographer and sitter.

Pet.ca, this is where I have seen your name before. Great portrait.

    Love it Marko.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
