i love her 2 bits, i really like this pic of her :d at Christmas, i made it with picasa 3 and used the soft focus effect around Chloes face n changed the brightness a little

here is another pic but how can i make it a really better picture is there any software that i can buy like photoshop or something what do you think is best?

Adobe Lightroom 2 is cheaper than Photoshop CS4, about half price, and they say that is actually better for photography.

Cute little girl for sure. As for the second shot, it looks a tad soft, maybe too soft to fix with software.
