    Default Lunch

I asked these guys if I could take a shot of them having lunch The guy on the right said "Why?" I said it was a part of the flavor of the city. "Are you going to post it all over the internet?" he asked. " on my photographic sites" says I. "well there's nothing I can do to stop you" said the guy on the right. "I'm asking if it's OK with you" I replied "If you object I won't take the shot" He agreed and I shot the pic.

Nice shot. It seems to be one of those rare cases where capturing someone eating isn't a horrible capture. Most of the time, I find it looks bad. Not here.

I also find it quite interesting that he would say "well there's nothing I can do to stop you". He's quite right, of course, however, it's not unheard of for the police to ignore that rule.

Agreed - flavour of the city

I too like this shot. It's well composed and the tones are well rendered!

Thanks guys...This was the result of watching the "Street photography" video Ig posted in "The move" thread. I just figured why not ask? The worst that could happen is they say no.
