    Default Retro Punk/RockaBilly Fusion

This is just a photo of one of the Punk/Rockabilly lengendary bands out of the LA music scene in the late 70's and I loved LA bar scene from '79-'81 and it was a blast. Social Distortion front man Mike Ness putting on a great show. I also think they do one of the top versions of Ring of Fire. I went to this particular event just so I could see and shoot these guys. 30 years since I first saw them, for me a very nostalgic event.

great capture! just want to note: for me, this is a photo where TMI WORKS! (too many items-in this case) The busy-ness ADDS to the interest of the photo - tells the story MUCH better than a solid background would.

    Neat memories for you AL!!!

I like this one quite a bit as well. I have to wonder though, what's with the fancy borders. Don't get me wrong, this one and the one Marko used for the dog portrait seem a perfect fit for the subjects but did someone buy a "border pack" from Adobe or something?

It's true Iggy, I've been playing with borders a bit lately. I find that a really nice border (depends which type and for which shot) can compliment an image big-time.

This shot is a great example; the border totally works for me and absolutely works with this fab shot.
