How to Dress for A Lilac Festival

Lilac festival is supposed to be a celebration of the beginning of summer, after all the lilacs are blooming! You know, people should be wearing shorts not winter parkas.

Ahh..didn you guys just get snow too! OMG..it's been a horrible start to this summer here tooo. Rain rain rain.. I hade enough to last three years last summer and it followed me :(
