Default November 2013 photo Assignment - Stairways

Hi members! Anyone have suggestions for the regular and level 2 assignments?

    Thx!

What about Stairways as inspired by Antique Tigers post Stairways. Here is the direct link to the webpage he was directing us to. Stairway Photo Contest Finalists!

Stairways...great idea. Now to find some stairs. Hmnnn.

Mailing 1,000 Christmas Club checks a couple of days ago on a Frankenstein of a postage machine (loaner Hasler print head, Neopost for the rest of the modules) that's in the process of breaking again (Pleeeeeease get the new machine here soon!) *takes a deep breath* How about, what helps you take a deep breath and recenter? Yes, photography, of course, but what else? I know, I know, abstract in concept again, but the answers are likely to be a bit more concrete.

We've also had a number of historical/public/grand institutional sites photos lately. (Libraries, capitol buildings, that kind of thing) Every town should have a few of those.

Or nic nacs. Who doesn't have a few odd little things around the house that mostly gathers dust? (I'm staring at a hot pink smiley face crossed with a coosh ball type body as I type this)

Or for abstract again, "Pride and Joy".

Just a few ideas to help spark others.

Staircase(s) - fab idea for regular assignment.

For level 2 - I like Nic Nacs - anyone else?

Looks like I am first. This is one I spotted yesterday and took it in anticipation of the assignment.

    Hi guys,

Is not quite about stairs from an original perspective or very interesting perspectives, but giving the crowd that was there, and it was my only chance for taking some shots. So here is my submission:
