Lovely image....How do you find these structures? Predetermined targeting or just random findings?

Random findings L50. Basically we have daycation day where me and my friend Terry, get in the car, pick a direction and just go. When we get to an intersection, we just go with our gut or we take turns choosing which road we take next. We never know where we end up which is cool and when we come across something photo worthy, we stop and shoot.
If we get really lost, we just get out the map and figure out where we are. But believe me, it is really hard to get lost out there.
It has been a blast of a summer doing this and we have come across so many neat things so far.

And thanks for the kind words Lovin and L50.

Awesome. I'm planning on doing the same thing next week. With any luck I'll get one or two that might be as good as yours

Great photo Casil - nicely done. And I love the concept of doing that sort of road trip just to see what might be around the next corner. I should do that more as well.
