    It was too hot for them. The one I saw sort of staggered off to the shade before I could get a shot off.

    Nice set. I like the last in the first post ... lots of colour ... then the 1st and 2nd in the second post. Excellent composition in that 2nd shot (2nd post).

    Thanks. I put the closeup to use with these, too. Had some aberrations to deal with in three of them. I did better with the pink one and the little white ones than I did with the one yellow one (though I did manage to tame it somewhat). If practice makes perfect, well, I'm getting lots of practice.
