    Another vote her for #2, but both are beautifully composed shots. Very well taken.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    Thanks for the comments. Not that it makes a difference but I did cross a mountain stream in my bare feet to get the first shot. Mike

    wow great area! I like the comp of the second one. Maybe a little less hdr but besides of that great take!

    Let me ride on this bandwagon as well! Both shots are wonderfully composed.
    Shot 2 gets that ohhhs and ahhhs, but the colour, simplicity, sharpness and processing in shot 1 is superior overall imo.

    Thanks for your comments Marko and mibreit. Second shot is not an HDR shot, but I used a Singh-Ray Vari-ND filter to slow the shutter speed to about 1/6 sec. At f/11 everything is nicely in focus except the flowing water. Cheers.
