Great sky but what is really necessary is a foreground and some verticals to keep the image from looking flat.

So I normally take pictures of people and products... I was also wondering what tools are good for post processing that lens distortion at the edges of the image to get my horizon flat.

Yeah, problem is in my little town I can't get a good sunset shot if I go where I have verticals because the horizon would be gone and I kind of wanted to get that sun slipping at the horizon shot.

So, it would probably be better if I had a barn off to one side, huh?

There are good straightening, perspective, and barrel distortion correction tools in Paint Shop Pro X and higher at around $59. DXO is the absolute best in lens correction that is customized to the lenses you are using, but more expensive.

Yes, a barn, tree, and water as in river, lake, ocean, would be even better.

Darn. I might have to use photoshop, reduce the size of the image and use the warp tool. Not willing to spend a dime when I can figure out another way.
