First snow

Finally got some snow here today so the wife and I headed out to get some shots. Only had a limited amount of time as we had two Christmas parties to make appearances at.



Just two...both shot with the K7 and the kit lens. Still surprises me sometimes that the kit lens performs so well ( which is, probably, why it stays in the bag most of the time lol )

Thanks Marko. I sat in the car for about 25mins deciding whether or not to don the kit lens or the Sigma 28mm lol. I usually go to the Sigma for this type of shot but it had been quite a while since I used the ol' kit lens for anything other than my night time traffic stuff. Figured she earned a 'day' out LOL
