    Default Lake Moogerah

About 2 hours drive south west of us lies Lake Moogerah, nestled in the valleys of the Scenic Rim, ancient volcanic mountains and heritage listed gondwanna rainforest forest.

We spent half a day out there yesterday enjoying the sun and occasional rain showers, but mostly the beauty of the lake and surrounds.

These photos are taken from two sides of the lake and most feature Mt Greville as well.

A long drive is always worth it if you are to end up in a scenic place like this. I love the panoramic shot that you did as it greatly shows how peaceful and beautiful that place is. This is an excellent series, by the way.

Good morning, Steve. What a wonderful place and set of pictures. I think Nr. 1 and 5 are my favourites. But the whole set is a great presentation of the place.

Lovely set of a beautiful place. Really likin' #5 especially.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
