This pale yellow little guy came along and landed on the Lilac



and the clematis have started to bloom

ah that's what clematis looks like. I think the kind I see around here is dark purple. the flowers look similar and it's a vine. Good catch with the swallowtail.

Great backyard shots. I would love to catch a few butterflies like that but I can never seem to find any... they seem to hide in my neighbourhood
