Default A Creek With No Name

The plan was to head to a waterfall off of the Appalachian Trail where we were going to meet up with some of the scouts about halfway through their trip. Wound up not getting there thanks to a misleading map but wandered upon this little stream instead.

And this little guy just happened to want to pose for a little bit.

Love the light in all of them. Great way to highlight the important focal points, excellent, indeed!

Really dig shot one here. Lovely comp!
Might burn orangey rock at top left by about 25% if it were mine.
Might also dodge the whiter parts of the water by 10-20% to see if making them brighter would make the image sing louder. My feeling is that it would. Well spotted!

Very nice set. Makes me want to get on 11 and explore the side roads.

    Thanks everyone.
You are probably right Marko but I have to admit that burning and dodging is still an unexplored frontier for me.

Glad I could help motivate you Barefoot. Maybe you can find a spot like these, way off even the side roads of the side roads!
