Very cool formations LL.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Aside from being over-saturated I think, I like the comp and formations in this. Makes me feel cold.

In this image, with the layers of the ice, m mind automatically went to tree rings-taking a year for each ring to form. I like that these layers show that the stream continues to "grow" during a dormant season. :-)
