Default Coming home on the Ice Road

To get into our "town" in the winter we can drive the ice road over the lake to save you 5 mins of driving. I made my husband stop over...but with two kids in the car only a couple shots where taken.

This is how we spend some winter time up here.. fishing, ice huts and glorious sun sets!

Ha ha..could of been a better photo, I know..hence the "show your photo"..lol!

With the climes the way they are there, just wondering, do you knit? (I am a knitter.)

It is really cool to see how people live in different parts of the world! Thanks for sharing!

    No..no knitting for me.

Days are spent with kids and I have hockey three times a week. Keeps me busy for that much. With the huts out now..fishing on weekends is next. Guess you just go with what you have!!! (Although a margarita on a beach would sound fine to me!!!)

I like the first one for the most part. Seems so lonely.

I very much like the desolate feel of the first shot.
