Funny, I was thinking that I liked the idea that you were showing the ugliness of the gates that lead you through to the beauty of nature. Very cool. Love the colours too.
Im torn leave the gates remove the gates im not sure either way it makes for a great image. Thanks for sharing

VERY nicely done JR, and love the way you composed this. With the gates, and that cool reflection, it tells the story in which you had wanted to present here.
Without the gates it is just another shot of a red tree.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
