    Smile Misty and Frosty Sunrise on the Moors

    I posted a couple of black and white images in the Black and White thread.

    Here are a set of colour images from the same morning as the sky was changing.......in no paticular order

    Liking number 1 the most. Has better composition, and better light.

    I prefer you colour shots over the b&w for this particular scene you've shown us. 2 and 4 each have some good points and are appealing. For me the fence and structures in 1 and 3 take away from the isolation of 4. 5 is too warm and conflicts with the fog.

    I think I prefer the B&W versions. As for the colour, I think my preference is the 4th one.

    Out of this set, would have to say #4. Andrew said it all in the reasoning. Love the light, and the comp. on this one creating the image of isolation.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
