I posted a couple of black and white images in the Black and White thread.

Here are a set of colour images from the same morning as the sky was changing.......in no paticular order

As always comments ( and critiques) welcome.

Liking number 1 the most. Has better composition, and better light.

I prefer you colour shots over the b&w for this particular scene you've shown us. 2 and 4 each have some good points and are appealing. For me the fence and structures in 1 and 3 take away from the isolation of 4. 5 is too warm and conflicts with the fog.

I think I prefer the B&W versions. As for the colour, I think my preference is the 4th one.

Out of this set, would have to say #4. Andrew said it all in the reasoning. Love the light, and the comp. on this one creating the image of isolation.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

Another vote for #4. The mood is fantastic, tells the story best, IMHO.

All great. I also like the peace and serenity these share.

    I like them all.

You guys are probably cursing the cold, and I am on Hols a further 1000K north of Brisbane and it is hot an humid.

I think these work much better in color. I like the changes in light from photo to photo.
