Went for a walk in the bush today, and kinda' liked the look of the Aspen trees in this snowy ravine with the fading afternoon light.

Agreed. Funny how that one spruce looks so out of place in between all these aspens .... yet it adds just that tiny little bit of colour. Have to ask: did ya snow shoe??

Did not have to snowshoe in Matt as this is in a wilderness park that the local X-country ski club has trails on, so easy walking on the drum-packed centre trail.
